MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING

July 16, 2007

Officers of the Fondulac District Library Board of Trustees met in special session on Monday, July 16, 2007. Mrs. Herring called the meeting to order at 5:09 p.m.

On roll call the following members were present: Mrs. Cole, Mrs. Herring, Mr. Goff, and Mr. Lasswell. Also present were Ms. Falasz-Peterson, Director, Mrs. Hensley, Assistant Director and Mrs. Geier, Administrative Assistant. Prospective board member Justin Hale was also in attendance.

Ms. Falasz-Peterson introduced Justin Hale, an East Peoria firefighter. The board interviewed him.

The board officers discussed the three board candidates. After much discussion, the executive board will recommend Justin Hale to the rest of the board.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
