The Illinois Court-Based Rental Assistance Program serves tenants and housing providers/ landlords across Illinois who have pending cases in eviction court.

Services for victims of elder abuse, sexual abuse/assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Emergency shelter, counseling, and case management for abuse survivors.

Independent, not-for-profit providing services to older persons and their caregivers.

For seniors 60+ with no other means of transport in Marshall, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties. Minimum 24 hours advance notice needed to schedule.

Services, including assistive technology, transportation, social events, and food distribution, for people living with uncorrectable vision loss. 

Distribution is on the last Wednesday of the month from 3:45-5 pm.

Mobile Hair Salon, Mobile Laundry, Mobile Showers, along with a food truck.

In winter, DCP hosts "Wash Wednesdays" for the unsheltered community to take showers, do laundry, and enjoy a meal. 

24/7 emergency shelter for women, children and families with meals, showers, and resources.

Housing program for women, children & families (including single, parenting fathers) with case management and life skills education. 

Transitional housing with life skills support for young, pregnant moms in Washington.

Financial rental help for lower income East Peoria residents and financial relief to the elderly and disabled who live on fixed incomes.
