The Illinois Court-Based Rental Assistance Program serves tenants and housing providers/ landlords across Illinois who have pending cases in eviction court.

Services for victims of elder abuse, sexual abuse/assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Emergency shelter, counseling, and case management for abuse survivors.

Outreach and support services for individuals in Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford and Fulton counties who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming so, do not have permanent housing, AND have a serious mental illness.   

Intervention designed to help individuals and families to return to permanent housing. Offered without preconditions (such as employment, income, absence of criminal record, or sobriety).

40-bed emergency shelter that provides temporary housing for women, children, and families.

Overnight shelter with sack lunch for men experiencing homelessness. Participants receive case management to assist with finding more permanent housing and identifying other needs.
