Blood Pressure Monitor Kit

Fondulac District Library partners with the American Heart Association to promote heart health by offering self-monitored blood pressure kits. The Libraries with Heart program provides access to an in-library monitoring kit for visiting patrons to measure blood pressure at the library, as well as a circulating kit for patrons to measure blood pressure at home.

Each kit contains a blood pressure monitor, two cuffs*, an adapter, instructions (in English and Spanish) on how to properly take blood pressure readings, a log to record measurements, and handouts about managing blood pressure.

To learn more about high blood pressure and hypertension prevention, visit heart.org.
